Each point is worth $.003 and may be applied by Participant toward future transactions on Site. Participants will earn 10 points (“Points”) for every dollar spent on products purchased via (“Site”). Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information online at. Participants may be sent electronic statements related to their points (as defined in Section III below), Program benefits, and other materials related to the Account at the discretion of Purina. Participation is limited to one per individual/household or email address. You may opt-out of the Program at any time by logging into your account under My Account – My Rewards or by calling Vet Direct Customer Service at 1-80. If you have or create a account (“Account”) and meet Program participation requirements, you may enroll in the Program. By participating in the Program, you represent that you (i) are an individual, (ii) are a resident of the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. Purina employees may be restricted from participating in certain features of the Program pursuant to applicable Purina policies. Resellers are expressly excluded from the Program. Program participation is not available to corporations, businesses, non-profit organizations, partnerships, governmental agencies, or any other entity, unless written approval is received in advance from Purina. Participation in the Program is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Colombia who are 13 years of age or older (“Participant” or “you”).
